What is DragonBerry Studio?
DragonBerry Studio is an independent creative studio founded by artist and designer Isha Bhatia. We create original art prints, stationery, handmade ceramics, and thoughtfully designed products that bring beauty and joy into everyday life.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are designed, illustrated, or handcrafted in our studio. Product descriptions will clearly mention whether an item is handmade, printed, or professionally manufactured.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship across India. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take a little longer, and the estimated processing time will be mentioned on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment, but we hope to offer international shipping soon.
Are your art prints framed?
No. Unless otherwise mentioned, all art prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space and style.
What sizes are your prints available in?
Available sizes are listed on each product page. Please check the product description before placing your order.
Can I request a custom artwork?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. If you have an idea in mind, please get in touch through our Contact page or email us to discuss your project.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As most of our products are made to order or handcrafted, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Do you restock sold-out products?
Some collections return, while limited editions may not. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about new launches and restocks.
Can I send a DragonBerry Studio product as a gift?
Absolutely! Our products make wonderful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Many items can be shipped directly to the recipient.
